By using the EliteLoop mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

EliteLoop is a social networking application that allows users to create exclusive events, connect with nearby users, and plan social activities.

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid Apple ID
• Agree to these Terms of Service

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for your account security
• You may not share your account with others
• You may not create multiple accounts

4. Acceptable Use

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal activities
• Harassment, bullying, or threats
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Spam or unsolicited messages
• Creating fake profiles
• Violating others' privacy
• Sexual or obscene content
• Unauthorized commercial advertising
• Attempting to compromise app security

5. User Content

You are responsible for the content you share on the App (photos, messages, event descriptions). Your uploaded content must:

• Belong to you or you must have permission to share it
• Comply with applicable laws
• Not infringe on the rights of others

EliteLoop reserves the right to remove inappropriate content without prior notice.

6. Reporting and Blocking

When you encounter inappropriate content or behavior:

• You can block users
• You can report content or users
• Reports are reviewed within 24 hours

7. Subscriptions and Payments

• Bronze membership is free
• Silver and Gold memberships are paid subscriptions
• Payments are processed through Apple App Store
• For cancellation policy, refer to Apple's terms

8. Intellectual Property

The EliteLoop name, logo, and app content belong to our company. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". EliteLoop cannot be held responsible for user-to-user interactions. Participation in events is at your own risk.

10. Account Termination

Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or terminated without warning.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be announced via in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where EliteLoop operates.
